Total Quality Machining, Inc. (TQM), a modification and manufacturing facility of tooling component items, provides support, rework, and product customization to several Reid Entities businesses as well as external customers.

TQM manufacturing capabilities include CNC Turning and Milling,  broaching, bending, welding and grinding.  TQM's standard products include knobs, leveling pads, tooling components and specialty items. CAD and engineering services are also offered.

In 1995 Paul Reid established Total Quality Machining as a modification and manufacturing facility of tooling component items for Reid Tool Supply. In 1999 TQM moved to its current facility on Olthoff Rd. Reid Entities acquired TQM in January 2005.
